We are an international managed security services provider; our US operations are based in Houston, TX. Looking for an experienced candidate to increase the sales of our managed security services in the Houston area, with the possibility of growing to a regional position, based on performance.
Would prefer to have candidate with 3-5 years experience in sales of IT solutions, network security, system integration or network services. Knowledge of firewalls, anti-malware, content filtering, VPN, anti-spam, IDS highly desirable.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking, local government, healthcare, PCI/retail IT solutions sales as well as using SalesForce. Microsoft Power Point, Word & Excel helpful
Requirements:
Bachelor degree is a minimum requirement; preferred business or IT related degree. Base salary in the mid 30's with high commission and no cap. Car allowance and expenses provided. Work location is in the Westchase district. The candidate will need reliable transportation as this is an outside sales position.
Must possess professional sales and presentation skills and the ability to penetrate new accounts through lead generation and following up on qualified leads.
Great emphasis will be put on the personal integrity, character of the candidate, ethical conduct, personal appearance.
Must be self-starter and have sales planning ability.
