Purpose of Position Hitachi Consulting's Energy practice is looking for an Oil and Gas Industry Leader to serve and support the Houston market. Qualified candidates will have an industry proven track record in lead generation, sales pursuits and delivery of services that exceeds customer expectations
Required
Demonstrated capability to deliver client solutions in a billable delivery capacity – minimum 25% annually
Demonstrated experience of 10-15 years, minimum, in selling and delivering, consulting solutions (not software)
Demonstrated experience of 8-10 years, minimum, working with/in the Oil and Gas Industry
Demonstrated Knowledge and past performance in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream
Demonstrated annual delivery sales in excess of $5-8M, with net new logos and account expansion
Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams
Solutions: Management Consulting and IT capabilities in BI/PM, Financial Systems, CRM, SOA Integration, SCM, Post Production/Sustainment/PBL, Program Capture, Pgm Mgmt, EV, Tech Services, BPR, Six Sigma Black, ERP
Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
Master’s Degree preferred
Travel As necessary to perform the responsibilities
Location Houston Preferred
