Job Summary Provide support and debug for test processes in manufacturing.
Essential Functions and Competencies
Able to become proficient in debug techniques on electronic assemblies/subassemblies in a manufacturing environment involving Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Qualifications/ Education / Experience
Performs debug and test of assemblies as able to component level utilizing block diagrams and schematics.
Performs tester maintenance and upkeep.
Aids operator in troubleshooting problems as able.
Training and ongoing support to the Test operators.
Communicates problems to proper senior Test Technician, Test Engineer and/or leader.
Develop skills and knowledge with test platform(s).
Complies with quality assurance policies and methodologies; develops and strong quality orientation.
Maintains a clean, safe, work environment and follow all published/posted safety standards (daily use of ESD and safety protective devices: eye protection, smock, and foot straps).
Aids leadership by recommending improvements in test processes and debug techniques.
Debugs medium complexity assemblies to component level.
Provides feedback to leadership regarding product flow and work sequence.
Documents improved debug techniques.
Provides training and mentorship to Test Operators.
Monitors production processes and test systems to decrease No Defects Found (NDFs).
Perform tester maintenance, up keep, and recommends improvements to test process.
Provide training and mentorship to Test Operators.
5+ Years experience in test/debug of moderate-complex electronic assemblies to component level
2 Year technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
