Technical Support Engineer
Level 2 Technical Support Engineer
This will include research, analysis, data and requirements gathering, documenting proposed solutions, solution verification/validation, and other tasks as necessary to resolve issues.
Strong experience with SQL databases and database management practices.
Experience with SQL Server and SQL syntax.
Experience with server-side web scripting skills
Experience managing external clients
Experience with object-oriented concepts and best practices.
Experience managing and configuring IIS.
Understanding of Internet protocols and security, basic hardware, and connectivity.
Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems is a plus.
Professional consulting experience is a big plus.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, trouble-shooting and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
