The Mission Training Complex's Analyst serves as a member of the Mission Training Complex Team supporting a Mission Command Training Brigade of the 75 Mission Command Training Division (MCTD). The mission of the 75 MCTD and its subordinate brigades is to plan and conduct training events for Army Reserve, National Guard and possibly Active Component units in both pre and post deployment phases of the ARFORGEN cycle. The employee works as part of the Brigade Mission Training Complex staff. The Brigade MTC is a training enabler in this process that provides simulation and/or Battle Command System (BCS) stimulation to drive the training. Specifically, the Mission Training Complex's Analyst functions as a primary training instructor and developer for constructive and virtual simulations and digital battle command systems used by the 75th Mission Command Training Division enlisted, officer, and civilian personnel. The position is responsible for personally preparing, managing, and conducting blocks of instruction related to the use of electronic Army Battle Command Systems and all current and future Simulation Systems. Presents classroom instruction (including seminars, conferences, practical exercises, lectures and other activities) to 75th MCTD and supported units. Provides off-site professional development training to Active, Reserve and National Guard personnel within the ARFORGEN cycle and deployment. Develops training materials, lesson plans, training support packages (TSP), inserting realistic situations into practical exercises, and inserting current lessons learned into situations for training. Develops Training Support Packages for current and future BCS and simulations fielded to the Division. Develops and executes workstation operator training to support exercises. During exercises employee may serve as a simulation system coach/mentor to role players or perform duties as a role player as directed by the Task Lead. Works in a highly intense information technology (IT) environment, and required to maximize the use of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS), other Battle Command Systems, training aids, devices, simulations and simulators (TADSS), mission specific digital systems/tools, and other available IT assets in the conduct of mission support.

Bachelors Degree in computer science or related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Requires 2-5 years directly related training experience supporting military operations.

Advanced knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and other equipment as assigned. Some of these qualifications/competencies may include use of current Battle Command Systems, military models and simulations. Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Word, Access and didate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
