Position Description
The Recruiting Advisor oversees the staffing/employment function of an assigned area and manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of the recruitment process. This includes:
- Ensuring staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements. - Developing and implementing recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire. - Administering employee referral programs. - Managing contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; retained and contingent, job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates. - Managing the resume tracking system. - Ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. - Presenting appropriate reports and data for decision making purposes. - Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. - Developing and maintaing a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation - Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment -General business acumen to become a trusted advisor - Able to build productive relationships and work with global cross functional teams - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Proven experience developing staffing solutions in a technical, high volume recruiting environment - Knowledge of all applicable laws
