Production Supervisor - Insulation Fabrication
Our client, a multi national distributor and manufacturer within the HVAC and construction industry, with 40 plus locations throughout the US, currently seeks a Fabrication Supervisor for it's facility based in Houston. The Fabrication Supervisor will be based in Houston and will report to the Region General Manager and will work closely with branch key account managers and customer sales and service representatives. This person will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of a commercial and industrial piping insulation fabrication facility including labor (30 hourly), material, and equipment. Additional responsibilities include the direction, training, motivation and development of the labor force, ensuring that branch safety programs are established, communicated and adhered to by all personnel; ensuing that inventory levels support sales requirements, while keeping inventory turns target levels; maintenance of equipment within the facility to ensure safe and consistent operation and assisting in products and service issues, purchasing, scheduling, facility maintenance, truck maintenance and warehouse/office housekeeping.
