Analytics Manager - Global Sales Operations Kelly IT is assisting our North Houston client in searching for an excellent Analytics Manager for their Global Sales Operations Position Title: Analytics Manager, Global Sales Operations Department: Commercial Operations / Global Sales Operations Reports To: Senior Manager, Global Sales Operations Scope: Global Summary of Position Goal: Definition of metrics, data acquisition, data quality, data analysis, and supply of data and metrics to GSO team and stakeholders worldwide.
Essential Functions: Data Modeling:- Consultatively engage with GSO team, business units, sales teams and 3rd parties to define data elements and analytical procedures that support the GSO Strategy, Corporate Business Goals and are executable, understood, accepted and adopted by the global sales organization and all stakeholders.
Data Warehousing/BI Analytics:- Responsible for designing, implementing, publishing and maintaining a global dataset and the attendant analytical tools used to review and interpret the data. Specialist technical expertise from IT / CRM and 3rd parties will be available.
Report & Dashboard Design:- Design and development of standardized interactive dashboards and reporting to be used for market, business, sales, product, territory planning and sales staff personal development and performance management.
Data Quality / Validation:- Responsible for assessing and driving global data quality standards to ensure reporting and analytics are within 10% of reality.
Project Management:- Work closely with the GSO team, the business and IT CRM group to project manage the delivery of features and functions on time and on budget.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years business analysis and/or significant enterprise class implementation experience in a complex technical sales environment. Solid understanding of data models. Ideally certified, experience with Miller Heiman and BI reporting.
