Part-Time File Clerk


High-Line Dealership needs Part-Time File Clerk with a Go Getter Attitude!!!!!!!



Summary:





A Clerk will provide administrative, clerical, and limited secretarial assistance to Manager, and other associates. The Clerk will:



1) receive, copy, and file documents,

2) type and prepare forms and limited correspondence,

3) perform light accounting/data-entry and 4) handle other routine office and administrative tasks as

     required. The Clerk will maintain positive relations for the leader and all associates at WSL.


 

Qualifications:


1. Demonstrate ability to follow basic instructions and complete assigned tasks.


2. Demonstrate basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software.


3. Is customer and dealer focused.


4. Is able to handle change.


5. Is able to communicate effectively – orally and in writing.



Requirements:

 

Essential Responsibilities:


(List in order of importance)


Other duties as assigned.




1. Copy, file, and distribute basic documents:


         Faxes, memos, and letters; Repair Orders


2. Handle office specific tasks as directed by manager; handle other routine office and 

        administrative tasks as required.




3. Answer telephones as directed.


4. Assist other administrative associates as needed.


5. Ensure the office space is kept neat and clean at all times.


6. Fully coordinate and communicate work with appropriate associates at WSL.






 


Education and/or Experience:




High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to two years related experience is required. Computer and office systems experience including 10 key by touch and typing are required
