Position Responsibilities
Nucleus Specilaist will use their subject matter expertise of issues and trends around the Nucleus / ETRM space, and specific Nucleus depth to lead / participate in consulting projects in the energy market sector and help define and implement solutions for clients. You will be able to able to provide techno-functional knowledge and leadership in this area and contribute to the expansion of our internal Energy Trading & Risk Management offerings . Position Requirements: 5 - 8+ years experience, preferably with the majority in consulting environment similar to SCS and deep knowledge of Nucleus and/ or other ETRM systems Position Responsibilities: In this role, you will be directly involved in both project. You will define and/or implement a solution for our clients. You will be responsible for structuring and executing project approaches that deliver on client objectives. You will help with project estimation and planning during proposal and implementation phases. You will work as SME in ETRM space across clients, with both business and technology knowledge. A growing career objective will be to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities as well as leveraging a top-notch management and consulting team. Progression inside our organization will enable you to be responsible for developing strategies and tactics for penetrating new accounts and cross selling to established accounts. Qualifications: . Ideal candidate will possess a strong and established track record in delivery of technology solutions for large, complex, long-term engagements (5+ years and $1+ million in contract value). Candidates who fit this profile will most likely be found in the Top Tier large, established consulting companies, Ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services or Energy. . Hands-on knowledge around features, configuration, implementation and best practices for ETRM, specifically for Nucleus. . Deep knowledge of Information Systems/Business Consulting Methodologies. . Knowledge of some of the Technology frameworks to help develop solutions - .Net/Java, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, Integration. . Developing Senior Executive Presence - Possess an interest and passion towards engaging the imagination of Senior Level (i.e. CEO, CIO, COO) executives in grasping and enabling the fundamentals of business change through consulting solutions. . Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills. . Creative, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a team environment. .
