Medical Office Manager
Successful specialty practice seeks a highly experienced medical office professional who is ready to grow career and step into managing a small team. Ideal candidate will possess 5 years medical office experience and have expertise in the following areas:
* Front desk operations: patient check in/out, answering phones
* Claims processing and collections
* Purchasing of supplies
* Tracking invoices for accounts payable
* Reviewing financial and statistical data with physician
Prior experience with EMR (eClinicalWorks) and in house payroll processing a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to grow from a supervisory or lead position into management of a small office.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will possess 5 years related medical office experience.
