Cisco Voice Network Engineer
Cisco Voice Network Engineer will be responsible for installation, and maintenance of Cisco VoIP solutions. Candidate must have experience working in large Enterprise Networks.
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Cisco network applications - primarily voice and video services – including call processing, voice mail, contact center applications, voice conferencing, video conferencing, web/on line conferencing, and application management tools. In addition to these technical responsibilities, the Sr. Solutions Engineer is charged with self managing their assigned projects, communicating the status of the project to the customers ITS staff and management, vendors, and internal customers.
The primary focus of this position is design, installation, maintaining and upgrading a Cisco IP Telephony product suite. The telephony environment includes Call Manager, Unity voice mail, IPCC Express, Presence, and Meeting Place.
