Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS -Ideal candidate will have a degree and 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a field sales environment and top line growth in revenue -Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customer executives/managers -Develop/plan revenue growth, customer service requirements, profitability, and expense control within assigned area -Conduct market research in order to identify customer service needs to meet market demands -Identify market trends within railroad industry and identify/qualify competition.
