Intermediate-level business analyst position within supply chain organization.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Will work on problems/projects of moderately complex scope and be required to exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information.
Will perform business analyst functions to manage sales order book and insure supply chain execution. Will participate in daily and weekly tactical meetings. Responsible for order fulfillment performance metrics. Will interface with various supply chain teams including sales, site procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. Will engage in data management activities as well as reporting. Experience with SAP, Shopfloor, SFNG and strong MS Excel skills highly desired with project management skills a plus Your Profile:
College graduate with Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related field. Planning & Organizing: Self-starter. Good time management skills and dependable with ability to multi-task. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills; ability to do drill-down to root cause. Software Applications: Knowledge of SAP and experience with Powerpoint and Excel. Experience with Access or SQL preferred along with ability to create queries and macros. Technical Competence: Supply chain knowledge and business background. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to resolve work conflicts, good peer relationships, "can-do" attitude, strong work ethics. Project Leadership: Has the ability and experience leading small project teams. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Job: Business Planning
