Managing and auditing family complaints, generating reports, basic office functions including printing, copying, and administrative support to staff.



Complete Description:

Required for completely satisfactory performance in this job is

knowledge of medical terminology, basic bookkeeping, secretarial

functions and department operations.



Required for completely satisfactory performance in this job is the ability

to provide effective verbal and written communications and exceptional

organizational skills. Operate a PC with proficiency in windows, word

processing, graphics, Excel and spreadsheet applications and the ability

to operate general office equipment.



Answers all calls within three rings with the appropriate greeting, routes all calls to appropriate

party or takes complete and accurate messages and relays to appropriate person with no more

than two valid complaints per appraisal period.



Coordinates Director’s appointments/meetings and keeps Director informed of schedule

changes prior to meeting or appointment.



Arranges meetings and schedules meeting rooms within two days of assignment

Acts as a liaison between departmental staff, other departments, callers and visitors and tries to

handle as many questions, problems or concerns, prior to involving Assistant Director / Director.



Makes travel arrangements as required by Assistant Director/Director or others pursuing the

most cost effective arrangements.



Provides support to the Clerical Secretary with entering and processing billing and ordering supplies. 


Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

 

Secretarial Experience Required 5  Years

 

College Attendance Highly desired 2  Years

 

Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Bookeeping and Secreterial Functions Required

 

Profecient in Windows, Word Processing, Excel and Spreadsheet Applications Required
